Replace the "cache hosts" (node sync) step. Core lists Kubernetes Nodes and reconciles them into ComputeServer records (with ComputeCapacityInfo for capacity). The returned ServiceResponse data may carry a clusterStatus entry, which the host service propagates as the cluster's overall status.
